Account Registration

The Operator may provide functionality for Users to create an Account on the Site (for example, to save favourites, subscribe to newsletters or access certain personalised features). In addition, Users may, through the Site, elect to open player accounts with third-party gambling operators. The following rules apply:

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you proceed to open a gambling account with any third-party operator or, if offered, with the Operator's own gambling products, you must also satisfy the minimum legal gambling age in your place of residence, which in Australia is 18+.
  • Legal capacity: By using the Site you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that you are not accessing the Site on behalf of any other person without proper authority.
  • Prohibited users: You must not use the Site or register any Account if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or if access to offshore gambling sites is unlawful for you under AU Law or the laws of any jurisdiction that apply to you.

Creating an Account on the Site

  • Registration process: If Account functionality is made available on 4ugame-au.com, you may be required to:
    • Provide a valid email address, chosen username and secure password;
    • Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
    • Complete email verification by clicking a confirmation link sent to your registered email address; and
    • Provide additional details (such as name, country of residence and contact information) as reasonably requested.
  • Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information you provide to the Operator (including when subscribing to newsletters or completing any on-site forms) is true, complete and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your details if they change.
  • Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify the Operator immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account details have been compromised.

Opening Accounts with Third-Party Gambling Operators

  • Independent terms: If you choose to open a gambling account with any third-party operator to which you are referred via the Site, that relationship is governed exclusively by the third-party operator's terms and conditions, bonus rules, privacy policy and other contractual documentation.
  • KYC and verification: Third-party operators will generally be required to perform KYC and may ask you to provide identification documents (e.g. passport, driver licence), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of source of funds. You must comply fully and truthfully with such requests.
  • No assumption of responsibility: The Operator is not a party to any contract between you and any third-party gambling operator and does not have access to, or control over, the registration, verification, deposit, wagering or withdrawal processes of such operators.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

The primary purpose of 4u is to provide information and reviews relating to online casinos and gambling products that may be accessed by Australian users from offshore. At the time of these Terms, the Operator does not itself offer real-money gambling products on the Site. However, the following rules apply where any bets or gameplay may occur through or in connection with the Operator's Services, including where certain promotional tools or free-play functionality are made available:

Placing Bets and Wagers

  • Third-party operator rules: All real-money bets placed with third-party operators that you access via the Site are subject to the betting rules, game rules, limits, odds calculation methods and settlement procedures established by those operators and/or their game suppliers. You must read and understand those rules before placing any bet or wager.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are determined by the relevant gambling operator and game provider. The Site may display typical or indicative limits for information purposes only, but these are not guaranteed and may be changed by the third-party operator at any time.
  • Validity of bets: A bet is generally considered accepted when it has been confirmed by the third-party operator and appears in your player account history. The Operator has no ability to alter, cancel or otherwise interfere with your bets with third-party operators.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Irrevocability: Once a bet has been confirmed by the relevant gambling operator, it usually cannot be amended or cancelled. Any exceptions depend solely on that operator's rules and applicable law.
  • Operator errors and voiding: If a third-party operator declares a bet void due to palpable error, rule violation, technical malfunction or similar event, that operator's terms will determine any refund or adjustment. The Operator of 4ugame-au.com bears no responsibility for such decisions.
  • Information only: Any odds, RTP (return-to-player) percentages, game rules or promotional conditions displayed on the Site are provided on an "information only" basis and may not always reflect the latest version used by third-party operators.

Rules of Conduct (Including Live Casino and Chats)

  • Respectful behaviour: You must not use language that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory or otherwise offensive in any live chat, comment function, contact form, email correspondence or social media channel linked to the Site or to any third-party operator accessed through the Site.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in, attempt to engage in or facilitate any fraudulent, collusive, cheating or unfair conduct in connection with any gambling activities promoted or described on the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, chargeback abuse, multi-accounting, exploitation of software bugs, and the use of automated software or bots where prohibited.
  • Compliance with law: You must not use the Site or engage in gambling for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing or the funding of other criminal activities. You acknowledge that operators subject to Curaçao and AU laws may monitor transactions and, where required, report suspicious activity to competent authorities.

Bonus Terms

The Site may describe or compare bonuses and promotions offered by third-party gambling operators, and, if the Operator at any time offers its own promotions under the 4u brand on 4ugame-au.com, such bonuses will be clearly identified. All bonuses are subject to strict terms and conditions. The following general provisions apply:

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

  • Third-party bonus rules: Any bonus you claim from a third-party operator after following a link or promotion from the Site is granted, administered and settled exclusively by that operator under its own bonus terms. You must read and understand those terms before opting in.
  • On-site promotions (if applicable): If the Operator offers bonuses directly via 4ugame-au.com, such as exclusive codes or loyalty rewards, the specific eligibility criteria (e.g. minimum deposit, country restrictions, time limitations, game eligibility) will be described in the relevant promotional materials and shall form part of these Terms.
  • Timeframes: Bonus offers may have an expiry date or be available for a limited period only. Unless otherwise specified, any on-site promotions published in 2026 may be withdrawn, modified or extended at the Operator's discretion, subject to applicable consumer and advertising laws.

Wagering Requirements and Restrictions

  • Wagering multiples: Bonuses are typically subject to wagering requirements (for example, a requirement to wager bonus funds 30x before they may be withdrawn). The specific multiple, qualifying games and contribution percentages are set by the relevant operator.
  • Game weighting: Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g. slots 100%, table games 10%, live casino 5%, or certain games 0%). This will be specified in the applicable bonus terms.
  • Maximum bet during wagering: Many operators impose a maximum bet size per spin/round while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit can result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • Excluded games: Certain games or game types may be excluded from bonus play or may not count towards wagering. These exclusions are determined by the relevant operator and may be subject to change.
  • Abuse of bonuses: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, claiming bonuses on behalf of others, using strategies solely aimed at meeting wagering with minimal risk or exploiting obvious errors in bonus descriptions, is strictly prohibited. Third-party operators may confiscate funds and close accounts in such cases.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed in the promotional terms, bonuses cannot be combined, stacked or used simultaneously. You may be restricted to one active bonus at a time per account, household, IP address or device.

Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

  • Right to amend: The Operator may update or withdraw any promotional information displayed on the Site at any time without prior notice, particularly where the underlying third-party operator changes or cancels its offers.
  • No guarantee: The appearance of a bonus or promotion on 4ugame-au.com does not guarantee its continued availability, suitability or compliance with AU Law. Users are responsible for checking the current terms directly on the third-party operator's website.

Payments & Withdrawals

The Site is primarily an informational and review platform. It does not, as at the effective date of these Terms, process deposits or withdrawals of gambling funds on behalf of Users. All financial transactions relating to gambling are conducted between you and the relevant third-party operator, subject to its own terms and applicable law. Nevertheless, the following principles apply and are provided for user transparency:

Deposit Methods

  • Available methods: Third-party gambling operators referenced on the Site may accept deposits via:
    • Debit and credit cards;
    • Bank transfers and instant banking;
    • E-wallets (for example, Skrill, Neteller and others);
    • Prepaid vouchers; and
    • Cryptocurrencies or other digital assets, where permitted by law and the operator's license conditions.
  • Jurisdictional limits: Due to AU Law and card/banking policies, some payment methods may be restricted or unavailable to Australian residents, particularly for transactions relating to offshore gambling.
  • Fees and charges: Deposit-related fees may be charged by your bank, payment provider or the third-party operator. The Operator does not charge or control such fees and is not responsible for their disclosure or collection.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal processes: All withdrawal requests must be submitted directly to the third-party operator with which you hold a player account. The Operator of 4ugame-au.com has no ability to approve, reject or accelerate such withdrawals.
  • Processing times: Typical withdrawal timeframes may range from a few hours to several Business Days depending on the payment method, KYC status and operator policies. Any processing times indicated on the Site are indicative only.
  • Verification: Before processing withdrawals, third-party operators are generally required to complete KYC checks and may request documentation to confirm your identity, address, payment method ownership and, in some cases, source of funds.

Limits, Currency and Refunds

  • Deposit and withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum transaction amounts (per transaction, per day, per week or per month) are set by the relevant operator and/or payment provider. Some operators may also impose lifetime limits or enhanced checks above certain thresholds.
  • Currency: Third-party operators may support one or more currencies, including AUD. Foreign exchange rates and conversion fees may apply where your account currency differs from your payment method currency.
  • Refunds of bets and bonuses: Refunds or reversals of deposits, bets or bonuses are governed solely by the third-party operator's terms, as well as payment processor rules. The Operator does not process, authorise or accept any obligation in respect of refunds or chargebacks relating to gambling transactions.

Limitation of Liability

The Operator aims to provide accurate, up-to-date and fair information about online gambling services available to Australian users from offshore jurisdictions. However, significant limitations of liability apply, as set out below and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including AU consumer and negligence laws.

Operator's Obligations

  • Information accuracy: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure that reviews, ratings, bonus descriptions and other information on the Site are based on current data and good-faith assessments. Nevertheless, such information is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial or gambling advice.
  • Technical operation: The Operator will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the Site, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Fairness of games: Where the Operator offers its own gambling products (if any) under the 4u brand, it will ensure that such games are provided by reputable software suppliers that implement random number generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested by independent laboratories recognised in the industry, to the extent required by its Curaçao licensing conditions. References to sector-wide certifications (such as iTech Labs RNG certifications for BGaming) are contextual and do not constitute a direct certification for this brand unless expressly stated.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Third-party operators: The Operator is not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms, policies, game fairness, payment performance or solvency of any third-party operator or supplier referenced on the Site. Any dispute regarding bets, account balances, bonuses or withdrawals must be taken up directly with the relevant operator.
  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for losses arising from:
    • Internet or network interruptions, latency, outages or routing issues;
    • Hardware or software failures on your device(s);
    • Viruses, malware or malicious attacks not caused directly by the Operator's wilful misconduct; or
    • Service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure events (including, without limitation, natural disasters, acts of government, regulatory blocking orders, strikes or failures of third-party hosting providers).
  • Reliance on information: You acknowledge that you use all information provided on the Site at your own risk. The Operator is not liable for any decision you make regarding whether to gamble, where to gamble, how much to gamble or which bonuses to accept.

Maximum Liability

  • Cap on damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site and the Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of:
    • (a) AUD 100; or
    • (b) the equivalent of any direct fees (if any) you have paid to the Operator for premium services on the Site in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, reputational damage or loss of data, even if the possibility of such loss was known or ought reasonably to have been known.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. Where such rights apply and cannot lawfully be excluded, the Operator's liability is limited, to the extent permitted, to the resupply of the relevant services or the cost of resupplying them.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and its Content are either owned by the Operator or used under licence. You are granted only a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Ownership of Content

  • Copyright: The text, graphics, layout, user interface, databases, design, software code, reviews, logos, trade names and other materials displayed on the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All such rights are reserved.
  • Trademarks: The brand "4u", "4u" and any associated logos, as used in connection with the 4ugame-au.com domain, may constitute trademarks or service marks of the Operator or its affiliates. • Restrictions: You must not, without the Operator's prior written consent:
    • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Content or part of the Site for commercial purposes;
    • Use automated tools (such as crawlers or bots) to systematically extract data or Content from the Site, except where permitted by applicable law and robots.txt;
    • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from any software on the Site, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law; or
    • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on the Site.

Privacy & Data Protection

The Operator is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including, where relevant, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

  • Privacy Policy: All personal data collected or otherwise processed by or on behalf of the Operator in connection with your use of the Site is handled in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.
  • Data usage: Personal data may be used for purposes including, but not limited to, operating the Site, providing customer support, sending newsletters or promotional communications (where permitted), analysing Site usage and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Third-party links: If you navigate from the Site to third-party gambling operators, payment providers or other websites, those third parties will process your personal data under their own privacy policies. The Operator is not responsible for, and does not control, how such third parties handle your information.

Changes to Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, industry practice, technology, Site functionality or the Operator's business model.

Acceptance of Updated Terms

  • Continued use: By continuing to access or use the Site after updated Terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
  • Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and, if applicable, request closure of any on-site Account. Your continued use constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination & Suspension

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, any on-site Account functionality, and any related Services where it considers such action appropriate or necessary.

Grounds for Suspension or Termination

  • Breach of Terms: The Operator may suspend or terminate your access if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms or any other policy or instruction issued by the Operator.
  • Unlawful or harmful activity: Access may be restricted or terminated if your use of the Site is suspected of being unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful (including distribution of malware) or otherwise contrary to the interests of the Operator, other Users or third parties.
  • Regulatory or legal reasons: The Operator may restrict or cease providing the Site or certain Services to Users from specific jurisdictions (including Australia) where required or recommended by law, regulators, court orders or licensing conditions. This includes situations where AU regulators, such as the ACMA, issue blocking or takedown notices relating to offshore gambling services.

Procedure and Consequences

  • Notification: Where reasonable, the Operator will notify you of any suspension or termination by email to your last known address or via an on-Site notice. However, the Operator is not obliged to provide prior notice where immediate action is necessary (for example, for legal, security or anti-fraud reasons).
  • Access to information: Following termination or suspension, you may lose access to your on-site Account, saved preferences or other data associated with your use of the Site. The Operator does not guarantee continued availability of such information.
  • Funds with third-party operators: Termination or suspension of your access to the Site does not automatically affect your accounts or balances with third-party gambling operators. You must contact those operators directly regarding any funds, bets or bonuses held with them.

The legal framework governing your use of the Site has both international and Australian dimensions. The Operator is licensed under Curaçao e-gaming regulations, while Australian law imposes specific restrictions on the provision and advertisement of offshore gambling services to persons in Australia.
